WHO IS ELISA POLYSTAR

Elisa Polystar is on a journey to make self-driving networks happen. We believe that networks should be run autonomously so that humans can focus on higher-level tasks. To achieve this, we combine DataOps, AI and Machine learning, and automation, to enable efficient, optimized network performance and operation.

ISO Certification - Elisa Polystar

QUALITY, TO THE CORE

Continuous quality assurance is fundamental to everything we do. Our commitment to quality is integral to our operations. That’s why Elisa Polystar is proud to be certified by an accredited independent body – Scandinavian Business Certification AB – for adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. The most recent audit was completed in May 2023.

BY BUILDING THE SOLUTIONS IN OUR LIVE NETWORKS IN FINLAND, WE ARE UNIQUELY POSITIONED TO SOLVE THE MOST CHALLENGING TASKS IN THE NETWORK INDUSTRY.

A BOLD JOURNEY

A key element in Elisa’s journey towards automation, which started more than ten years ago, was the ability to change our network operations. Elisa chose to improve processes, transform people, and develop tools that solve their challenges.

Today, more than 120 use cases, based on AI and Machine Learning have been deployed in our network. The result is automated networks, with enhanced insight into network elements, services, and customer experience.
