Elisa Automate mentioned in 2021 Gartner report “CSP Hyperautomation Insight: How to Differentiate a Go-to-Market Strategy”

Gartner, a leading global research and advisory company, has recently released a report “CSP Hyperautomation Insight: How to Differentiate a Go-to-Market Strategy” which names Elisa Automate

Another 2021 Gartner report ‘“Hyperautomation: How Can CSPs Prepare for and Implement It?” sets out a leadership vision for CIOs. The research concludes: “CSPs must move beyond isolated/ad hoc automation opportunities to enterprise-wide hyperautomation. They need long-term and committed leadership to overcome complex barriers and deliver business outcomes.“ Elisa is included as a case study in hyperautomation, which looks at Elisa’s journey for automated network and digital operations in the co-existing presentation.

Elisa continues to build on this through the further adoption of network monitoring solutions, such as KALIX and OSIX from Polystar, and the introduction of new, closed-loop automation algorithms.

Kirsi Valtari, EVP of Automation and CMO Polystar comments that “We’ve seen how hyperautomation makes a significant impact on CSPs’ operation. It will be the way to run networks. AI and machine learning is already so advanced it makes sense to tap the capabilities.”
