TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST – BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA
Elisa Polystar is a growth company owned by 2B€ revenue (20% profit) Elisa Group, and Elisa Polystar is growing quick – in 2022 Frinx (SVK) and Cardinality Ltd (UK & PL) were added to the company offering. The core business is on assuring network quality, to automate network operations, and make autonomous networks happen.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Teams.
In this role you are contributing to the growth of Elisa Polystar by:
- Finding new tech candidates via variety of methods (job ads, sourcing etc)
- Organising and leading interviews with candidates
- Run the recruitment process from A to Z in close collaboration with the hiring manager
- Participating to the onboarding process
- Contribute and take part to meetups, job fairs, university collaboration
- Using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn and different Slack groups
Your background is ideally from IT recruitment from an inhouse or consultant role. You don’t need to know everything, we learn together. A useful characteristic to have in this role is to enjoy meeting new people. Also, it’s essential you have the work permit in place for Slovakia.
