Explore our new identity as we bring automation to CSPs worldwide – and build a sustainable future through digitalization

Stockholm, Sweden, 21st October 2021 – Polystar, a world-leading pioneer in network automation, service assurance and analytics solutions, today launched its new, consolidated brand and identity – another step on the automation journey. As part of this evolution, Polystar and Elisa Automate have now become Elisa Polystar – unifying the solution portfolios under a single brand.

Elisa Polystar is on a journey to make self-driving networks happen. We believe that networks should be run autonomously. This will allow, for instance, humans to focus on higher-level, value-generating tasks and our customers to improve their carbon footprint. To achieve this, we combine extensive, advanced data analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), and automation to enable networks to operate more efficiently and with greater accuracy.

Building on our long heritage – that spans more than three decades – our combined organisation has now been brought together under a single brand and identity, reflected in our new website and consolidated operations around the globe.

Elisa’s journey towards automation began more than ten years ago, driven by business need to serve unlimited mobile data customers efficiently. By embarking on this journey, Elisa has been able to improve processes, transform people, and develop tools that solve key operational challenges. Today, more than 120 use cases, driven by machine learning and AI are in use for network optimisation and operation. The results are found in the advanced, automated operation and efficient optimisation of Elisa’s network.

Having built and deployed our automation solution in our live networks in Finland, we are uniquely positioned to solve the biggest challenges in our industry – and to help CSPs transform operations for the future. With our new identity, we’re strengthening our position and providing a rich set of resources for our partners, customers, and peers, as we build on our pioneering history.
